New Clients
Before your session please book through our online booking system. Shortly after we will reach out to gather more information on your hair goals and special requests. This ensures that we are a match and that we have plenty of time set aside for our first appointment.
Once your appointment request is accepted, you will receive reminder messages as well as a confirmation message two days before your appointment (please see cancellation policy below if there is a need for change). Please allow time for parking. Parking is available in the back lot or on 3rd street. We kindly ask that you leave the kiddos and furry friends at home.
Drinks and snacks are always provided, sit back & relax. Second Place is your second home!
Cancellation Policy
Your hair appointment is reserved just for you. We kindly ask that you notify us at least 48 hours in advance if you wish to cancel or reschedule your appointment. If you arrive more than 15 minutes past your scheduled time, we may need to reschedule you, and the late cancellation fee will apply. We know life happens, so please reach out in these instances and we’ll do our best to accommodate you!
